DIAMONDIZED™ 3D Printer Nozzle (nanodiamond coated) deliver superior performance over even premium nozzles, with greater precision and extended life. Outstanding performance with abrasive or standard materials.
Our Diamondized™ nozzles are guaranteed for two-years including a minimum of 15 kg of non-filled PLA or 3 kg of 30% carbon PTEG.
Nozzles are tested by measuring the extrusion. DIAMONDIZED™ NOZZLES show no change in extrusion, throughout the lifecycle.
DIAMONDIZED™ NOZZLES have better thermodynamics characterized by minimal temperature drift or overshot on heat-up. Print performance is smoother and cleaner with less drag and rare clogging. Receive high-quality results even with lower grades of PLA. Easy nozzle maintenance: simply wipe the hot nozzle with a paper towel. So far zero complaints from me on the .4mm have it on my mk3 and i must say its printing nice and the layers i think are coming out better than a Ruby i had in it that Chipped.

Excellent performance from these nozzles.Every cold pull has produced a perfect nozzle impression on the filament so I believe the non stick coating to be effective.The nozzle on my Cr10s has over 500 hours of runtime and still wipes clean with a paper towel.

The non stick coating is effective I’ve put over 500 hrs on my first diamondized nozzle and it still wipes clean with a paper towel. What’s even more impressive is every cold pull still produces a perfect nozzle impression on the filament.
